This is a 2 day workshop

Thursday, July 22, 2021 - Friday, July 23, 2021

10:00am - 4:00pm

$100 HAAA members, $115 non-members

Class is located at the Hershey History Center, 40 Northeast Dr., Hershey, PA

Deb Watson’s beginner to intermediate workshop will cover everything you need to know for painting realistic watercolors - a step-by-step, hands on approach so students can learn essential watercolor techniques while creating glowing, realistic paintings from photographs. Exciting warm-up exercises will show how to get the most out of your materials and how to use common household items to create unique effects. Expect many short demos with lots of painting and individual instruction. Lessons are geared to each student’s comfort level, so you can go at your own pace to gain confidence in watercolor painting. See color theory in action to gain mastery in creating professional looking work, with landscapes, portraits and still life.

The class will break for approximately 45 minutes for lunch. Feel free to bring a lunch, go out to eat, or stay and get extra help from Deb.

Feel free to email Deb with any questions: deb-watson@comcast.net
