CALLING ALL HAAA ARTISTS: Our Blooming Arts Show at the Hershey Gardens Conservatory will be on view in the beautiful education wing of the Butterfly House. The show takes place August 30, 31, and September 1, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Art must be original, no prints.
Both, hanging art and 3D art will be accepted. All art should be current, produced within the past 2 years, and are chosen at the discretion of the show chairs. All 2D artwork must be dry, properly wired and ready to hang according to HAAA show guidelines. We ask that 2D art to be tagged on both front and back. Exhibit space for 3D will be determined by the number of participants. All 3D artists who require table space, please specify for 1/2 or full table size. 3D visual art must meet the guidelines for 3D art display. Information and Policy Guidelines can be found on the website. Greeting cards are acceptable.
HAAA Art Sales Tags will be provided. The Art Sales Tags for front of 2D and 3D art must be completed by the artists and must include the sale price + tax = total cost.

Due to the popularity of our Hershey Conservatory shows, the Aug. 19 registration deadline is firm.
SETUP AND TEARDOWN INFO
Set Up, Thursday, August 29. - The set up will be scheduled in stages, (see below).
Volunteers set up of display racks and empty tables, 12:30 - 1:30 PM
2d Art tagged and hung by individual artist, 1:30 - 3:00 PM
3D Art set up and Table displays, 3:00 - 4:00 PM
Please let the Show Chiars know if you need assistance in delivering and hanging your works.
Note : Art may dropped off thru the Conservatory front door or be delivered to the lower level of the education wing of the Conservatory.
Tear Down, Sunday, September 1. - Be at Conservatory at 6:00PM sharp for art pick up. No early pick ups unless worked out with Show Chair, prior to show closing.
2D Artists - Artist may bring up to 8 pieces. All art must be dry and properly wired art. This information is available on our website. You may contact the show chair for information as well. All art should be current, produced within the past 2 years, and are chosen at the discretion of the chairs .
No art is to be removed prior to the closing of the show without arrangements made by the chair .
If you want to be part of the show set-up volunteer group, please add a note to the bottom of the registration form.
Show and Sale times at the Hershey Gardens are 9:00am to 6:00pm.
HAAA is required to have volunteers available for the entire show, Please specify days and times you are available for sales table coverage. The schedule for each day’s Sales Coverage is as follows; 9:00AM-12:00PM, 12:00-3:00PM, 3:00PM-6:00PM. As in the past, these time slots will be assigned for show coverage. Please indicate on your registration form, under the “Additional Message or Question” section, when you are available to help on Sales Coverage. The show chairs will be in touch with you as we near the event.
Members will remit 20% of any sales that are made at their show to HAAA to benefit the HAAA scholarship fund.
HAAA and the Hershey Gardens are not responsible for any loss or damage to any artwork.
HAAA requests the right to photograph work for press information or cataloging of the exhibit.
HAAA Members exhibiting are to read and agree to the Hershey Area Art Associations, “General Information and Policy Statement”
