Final version of bylaws for review
At the next meeting (February 12th, at 7PM) we will vote on our proposed bylaws.
The board of directors has been writing and editing these since July to make sure that we comply with all regulations for our 501(c)3.
This was a major project and the board did not take it lightly. Working closely with PANO and their attorneys we have a very comprehensive rewrite of our bylaws.
Please review them prior to the meeting so that you are able to give an informed vote at that time.
