We will practice various watercolor techniques using a variety of papers and brushes. We will talk about and use masking and watercolor mediums to test how they affect our paints and learn the mysteries of color mixing, how even drab colors have their place as support and contrast for the brilliant colors. As we work on these experimental projects, students will be encouraged to paint projects of their own choosing. We will discuss the advantages of various compositions and styles of painting.

This class will last 6 weeks for 3 hours each.

The cost for Members is $90.00 and Non-members $100.00
