**PLEASE REMEMBER!! Pay your 2019 dues! You may not participate in HAAA sponsored shows and events if you are not a member. The additional fee for non-members to join a class will increase from $10 to $15 on June 1, 2019.

HAAA receives a small percentage of these sales.     **GENERAL INFORMATION **COUNTRY MEADOWS - May 2 - 23, 2019 A successful show, raising HAAA commissions of $97.70. **HERSHEY ARTFEST - May 11, 2019 at the Cocoa Beanery. Hugely successful show! Sales commissions were $183.60. These two events added $281.30 to the 2020 Scholarship Fund!! Thanks to everyone who participated! **SOUP COMPETITION - From six delicious soups, Marie Gamon’s Stuffed Pepper Soup collected the most votes. The winning soup will be entered into the Hershey Soup Cook-Off event in October. Maria is not only a talented artist - she is a winning cook! Congrats! **2019 SCHOLARSHIP WINNER - Dana Lovell was awarded $1000.00 as this year’s scholarship winner. Thank you to Maria Gronlund and the Scholarship Committee. **2020 HAAA ANNIVERSARY - We have already received donations that will offset over half of the cost of printing the HAAA Anniversary Calendar! Thank you Anniversary Committee! A big thank you to Jim Davis who created and donated a beautiful 10 foot banner! It was used at the Hershey Artfest. If you’re interested in having your art become part of the Anniversary Calendar, watch the website for registration and details. Additionally, members may have their name and a single preferred contact included in the calendar for a $5 donation. You may send a check with “Calendar” in the memo line to HAAA PO Box 654 Hershey PA 17033 or give your donation to a HAAA Board Member. Check the website if you’re interested in getting on future rotations. **OLD ANNVILLE DAY HAAA will have two tents at this June 8, annual community event. There are already several artists signed up but there’s space for more.
